Hood prop rods (from a Ford Falcon) have been reportedly found
on some of the early-built cars. It is possible that this was
used until a different hinge could be sourced that properly
handled the lighter weight fiberglass hoods used on a Shelby GT. Like most running changes, this feature is likely going to be found during a specific time frame (based on the car's SAI completion date). Details are reported by car owners. See Also |
