In Countries where Ford had an established corporate entity, including Canada, Belgium, and The Philippines, Shelby would ship the car to the dealer, however, the actual sale would be booked through the international Ford entity (e.g. Ford of Canada, Ford of Belgium, Ford of the Philippines).

This allowed the International Ford entity to apply a markup and collect appropriate taxes from the dealer.

Notice the $50 'Export Handling Charge' and that the wholesale prices differ from the prices charged to domestic dealers.

Cars sold in these countries should have two invoices; however, only oneper car has typically been offered to car owners.
